この夏に新宿駅に新しくできた新南口ターミナル。観光客が「わー！」と声をだして走り寄る目玉物件のひとつ。新宿アルファベット（笑）。昼も夜も様々な人たちがこの文字に座ったり、写真をとったり、走り回ったり。デザインとしてはベタすぎるが、カラフルで人目をひく。正面から撮ることもできたが、いつもの斜めどりで撮影。晴れてたので綺麗に仕上がった。

鎌倉は最近好きになった街。時間があれば毎週朝ごはんを食べに行きたい。鎌倉のスタバが見たことないデザインだったので一枚撮ってみた。この横にあるお店のパンケーキが今、世界で一番気に入ってる朝ごはん。二番目に気に入ってるのは横浜のみなとみらいロイヤルパークホテル最上階の朝ごはん。両方とても美味しい。街自体は小さめだけど、小さなお店が沢山ある。しかもこだわりを持ってるお店が多くてビックリする。素敵なお店が多いので、是非足を運んで欲しい。

街にあふれるピクトグラム。街の公共機関等を指し示す目印。このピクトグラムが今、とても難しくなっている。日本語以外の表記も始めたので、様々な国の言葉を無理やり入れ込むことになってしまう。日本語以外の文字とアルファベットを綺麗に並べるのはとても難しい。ましてや綺麗にレイアウトデザインするとなると、相当お金をはらって専門知識を持ったデザイナーに頼まないと、収集がつかなくなる。ので、収集がつかなくなっている。いろいろな人の役に立ちたいという気持ちはわかる。が、ゆえに難しくなってしまい、デザイン性が悪くなると人は混乱する。そしてガッカリするだろう。綺麗に修正するにはレイアウトデザインセンスに秀でた人材を用意するといいと思う。そうすれば街がわかりやすく、美しくなり、さらに人が集まる。

ショップのウィンドウの反射を使って撮影。ズームレンズの120mmを使用。このニコンのズームレンズはf値が4に固定されてる。他のことをあまり気にせず、パシャパシャ撮影出来る。街の中はどこから光が当たってるのか考えずに面白いものを見つけたらすぐにシャッターをきる。自然の光以外にも、お店や看板、車等のライトが入ってることがあり予想できない光加減が写真に入り込むからだ。それが面白い効果を生むことがある。

新宿NSビルの1Fから、吹き抜けの天井を撮影。でっかい景色を撮るのは場所取りが難しい。いろいろ歩きながらベストなポジションを探して、シューティング。
