はじめてのVLOG：GDL001

【　GDL　】グラフィックデザインラボという名前でyoutubeチャンネルを作ってみた。youtubeに動画をアップするために必要なことは細かいことを含めると沢山ある。今回のチャンネル制作のために取り組んだのが新しいソフトウェアの導入。アフターエフェクツ とプレミアという動画編集用のソフトウェア。覚えることが沢山ありすぎて、約30日かけてやっとVLOGをアップできるようになった。学ぶ事は満載なので日々チャレンジしていこうと思う。

【 MOVIE UP 】iPhone XS vlog 【 premiere pro 】TOKYO

7本目の動画をYouTubeにアップ。少し動画編集に慣れてきた。キーフレームの入れ方、テロップの効率良い作り方。動画と動画の繋ぎ方。フレームレートの選び方。ADOBEプレミアでの画像補正。音楽の入れ方。データの書き出し方法。ここまではなんとか完了できた。次はトランジションの入れ方とテロップの自作方法かな。たぶん動く文字入れは自分でやったほうがデータの書き出しが速くなり、より、画像も綺麗に作れるはず。あと２週間、頑張ります。

【 MOVIE UP 】ONE hour STUDY【ADOBE PREMIERE】 MAKE 1minute SLIDE ( no sounds )

6本目の動画をYouTubeにアップ。まだ慣れない（笑）ブログを書く方がよっぽど簡単だ（きっぱり）少しずつ解明できてきた謎を記録していこう。最初に頭に描いてたイメージは撮影した写真をスライドの動画にして、Youtubeにアップしていく事。音楽もつけず、ただ写真が流れるスライド形式を考えてた。YouTubeで写真をみると見る端末（携帯や大きなモニターのパソコン、パッド等）によっては写真が細部まで確認できて面白い。がしかし、そこに説明やらグラフィックを載せるとなると、イラレやフォトショップの知識だけではわからない手順があり、それらを覚える必要がある。これはやりながら覚えるしかない。今回一番手間取ったのが、動画内に配置する文字を動かす方法。これは自分で作ろうと思ったが、学ぶ時間を短縮するためにテンプレートを活用してみた。あとは動画内で配置した写真を動かす場合、キーフレームという時間軸の操縦方法を学ばないと、動画の中で写真たちがうまく動かない。最初につまずいたのが、この文字や写真を動かすキーフレームの操縦方法。これをなんとか自由に操れるようにしたい。

The sixth video is improved by YouTube. I am not used yet. A person writing blog is easy. I record the mystery that I was able to elucidate little by little. I thought about the slide form that a photograph merely flowed through without attaching the music. YouTube can identify a photograph in detail depending on a terminal (PC, pad of carrying and the big monitor) to look at and is interesting. If I ride explanation or graphic there, there is a procedure not to understand only by knowledge of イラレ and the Photoshop. It is necessary to learn them. Although this is trendy, I cannot but learn it. A method to move the letter which it places in a video to have had trouble most this time. This was going to make it by oneself, but utilized a template to shorten time to learn. Photographs do not move in a video well when I do not learn the operation method of the temporal axes called the key frame when I move the photograph which I located in a video afterward. The operation method of the key frame that what tripped first moves a letter and a photograph. I want to be able to handle it freely.＊my english is so poor. ２ヶ月ほど写真をスライド動画にする時はiMovieを使ってきた。たぶんiMovieの方が簡単で作業もスムース。直感的に作業ができる。がしかし今後を考え新しい動画編集ソフトADOBEのプレミアを使ってみた。１分ほどのスライドムービーを作るのに3日かかった（笑）疲れまくったけど、理解できたることが一つ増えるごとに作業スピードがあがる♩「これは数をこなすしかないな」と実感。実際に作業をして、YouTubeやインスタにアップするまでこなし切ることが最初の第一歩。今勉強しないと１年間プロジェクトを続けられないなと思い、プレミア にトライしたけど、この作業は大変だった（きっぱり）理解できない言葉だらけでどの言葉を使えばソフトが動くのか理解できないまま工程が進む。作業するスペースを理解して、内容を考え、保存方法や、アップロードの方法まですべて新しい言葉での作業だった。異国に降り立った雰囲気（笑）ひとつひとつの作業を細かくノートとっておかないと、次回必ずわからなくなる。構造や仕組みを覚えるには実践が一番良い。それを楽しむのがYouTubeやインスタグラム、ブログといったアイテムで私のライフスタイルにはめっちゃ合ってる。自分自身が作り上げたものを発信できなければクリエイターじゃない。自分の力を使って工夫し、作り続け、それを評価してくれる環境が整うことがスタート。あとは数字が教えてくれる。チャンネル登録と評価をお願いします（笑）

However, I think about the future and introduce a premiere of new video editing software ADOBE. I rolled up the fatigue that took 3 days to make slide Movie of one minute (laugh). I work, and what I finish handling until I improve in YouTube and Instagram actually starts. I think a project not to study for one year that I am not continued and try a premiere now. This work is full of the words that I cannot understand that were great (flatly). A process advances without knowing which words software moves if I use it. I understand working space. I think about contents. A preservation method. To a method of the upload. It was the work by the words that were all new. I write a notebook by work of one atmosphere (laugh) one which got down on the foreign country finely. I lose it by all means on the next time. Practice is the best to learn structure and structure. It is YouTube and Instagram, an item such as the blog that enjoy it. It matches my lifestyle. It is a creator that sends the thing which oneself built up. I devise it using own power. 自分で撮りためた写真を少しづつYouTubeにフォトスライドムービーとしてアップすることにする。自分の写真をより繊細に表現するためにスライドムービーも使うことにする。自分でムービーを眺めて気づかされることがたくさんある。大きな画面で写真を見ること、さらにそれらを発信することは自分の撮影力を高めることに繋がる。写真自体になるべく余計な概念を埋め込まないように音楽はつけてない。この活動を最低１年間は続けていこうと思う。活動を理解してもらえる方は、YouTubeのチャンネル登録をお願いします

iPhoneは４→６→XSと３代目。毎回驚くほどカメラの性能が良くなる。今でも最初に手に入れたiPhone４で撮影した写真が味があると思う。あの時の感動は忘れられない。これで携帯以外のカメラを持ち歩く必要がなくなる！と嬉しくなったを覚えてる。結局今でも一眼レフカメラを持ちあるいてるけど（笑）写真ってカメラが高性能だから良くなるものじゃないと思う。細かい部分が良く写るとか、暗いところでも綺麗に写るとか、便利なこともあるけど。長い年月写真を撮り続けてるとカメラの性能よりも大切なことはカメラのシャッターを押す人のセンスの方が写真を印象付けるポイントになる。わたしは自分がこれがいいと思うポイントがあるので、それを突き詰めて撮影を続けていきたい。

透明なグラスを空に向けて撮影すると、透き通ってきれいに写る。少し前に金魚を入れた袋を空に向けて撮影してる人がいたけど、同じ方法だ。写真は光の影響がとても大きい。だから太陽を探したり、ストロボを用意したり、暗いライティングになるまで待ったり、世界中のカメラ好きは様々な工夫をする。お店のショーウィンドウのガラスも光を反射するし、雨上がりの水たまりもキラキラして素敵だ。でもそれにカメラを向けてみないとどういう写真に仕上がるかはわからない。とにかく沢山試してみることが、自分のテイストを作り上げることにつながる。どんな条件でもとりあえずシャッターを切ること。その中からいい写真を選べばいい。

ビルの展望台から下のビルの屋上を撮影。普段、見慣れない景色だから不思議な感じがする。鳥はこんな感じの景色をいつも見てるのかな。周りに大きなビルばかりなので視点がそこに行ってしまうが、遠くにある小さな建物も細かく写ってる。遠くの建造物を見ると新宿近辺のビルがどれだけ大きいかよくわかる。

これもiPhoneで撮影。モニターを見て、自分が撮りたいものがちゃんと画面に入ってるか構図を確認してシャッターを切っていく。iPhoneのカメラはモニターに写ってる被写体の暗い部分をタッチすると、その部分に露出が調整されて撮影される。この機能を使えば、多少暗い時でも写真が綺麗に撮れるはず。是非、試してください。

工務店の看板。センスがいいかどうかわからないが、見た人に覚えてもらえやすい。ごちゃごちゃしてる文字のレイアウトを白黒（つや消し）に抑えてバランスとってる感じかな。こういう文字の配列ってデザインするのがとても難しい。丸の中にすべての文字を入れ込んで、一つ一つの文字をオリジナルのものに仕上げる作業は正解がないので大変だ。アルファベットと漢字の組み合わせも、難しさをあげてる。

この写真も構図はど真ん中のセンターレイアウト。こういうケースはバックに自分が求めてないものがあると、写真がおかしくなる。なるべく構図で入らないように工夫する。が、どうしようもないことも多い。

この写真を撮った時のiPhoneのシャッタースピードが速い。iPhoneは押すだけで誰でも写真がとれるのが売りだが、ここまでシャッタースピードが速いのは驚いた。使える技術はなんでも使っていい写真を残そうというアップルの意思を感じる。

お店の看板。ショップのウォールから細長いライトが飛び出してくるようなスタイル。新しい。ブランドのロゴも綺麗にフォントデザインしてある。こういう仕掛けはすごく面白いし、こだわりが感じられる。他にない、オンリーワンのスタイル。こういう風にちゃんとデザインしてあるものが街に溢れれば、自然と人が沢山集まるエリアになると思う。昔からある伝統的なスタイルにこだわるのも大切なこと。でも現代は現代のデザインがちゃんと生きてる。淘汰されていいデザインのものが生き残ればデザイン力というチカラがもっと評価されるだろう。私もデザインのチカラで生きていこうと思う。

この看板はとても高い位置にあったので、面で捉えられなかった。すっきり晴れた日だったので影が伸びた角度を感覚で捉えて、斜め撮り。壁の質感もよく写ってて気にいってる。まだ一眼レフカメラ撮影をしてない時だったのでiPhoneで撮影した。東京、原宿は面白い被写体がいっぱいあるので一日中撮影してても、被写体探しに困ることはない。

数年前にトヨタカップに出場する南米チームのグッズデザインを引き受けたことがあり、スタジアムに行った。その時に渡った橋。今まで渡った中で一番綺麗な橋だった。近未来的な感じ。

横浜にあるショップのウィンドウ。天井までガラス張りで、斜め上に開く窓がかっこいい。綺麗にデザインしてあるシンプルなショップロゴが真ん中にレイアウトしてある。この店構えを見るだけで中に入りたくなる。物を販売する仕事ではデザインは重要だ。デザインがいいお店に人は集まる。

たい焼きがウィンドウにレイアウトされてた！こういうの見つけると嬉しくてつい撮影してしまう（笑）。これはどうやって作ったのかな。もはやアート作品だと思う。たいやき大好き！冬になったらいっぱい食べよう！

星型のドアノブ。大きくてドアを開けやすかった。これを描く事はよくマックのDTP作業でやるが、実際に鉄で作り上げるのは大変な作業だと思う。星を描く線が入り組んでて、星のトップがサークルのドアノブ、引き手部分に溶接されている。
